I have a set of vintage Simpson 260 meters that have been well used and probably have seen better days.

I have not tested them so they are  sold AS-IS for parts or repair
|Condition:
Cases are scratched and cracked
One unit is missing nobs
Both have battery covers, and the meter movement in in good condition
Circuit boards look intact
Both units are missing case screws
